What is totally irresponsible is that Sony does not allow you to delete the family account. I went in and changed the spending limit to zero. The hacker adds their account as a family member with an unlimited purchasing limit. Its clear that Sony has a huge security hole when it comes to accounts being added as family members. Support lied to me (surprise) that the hacker account was removed. I had to contact them again after 24 hours to have them reset it again.

The first time I contacted PSN, long wait to chat with someone, they stated they reset my account password and that I would receive an email. I had changed my password about 2 months before, so it shouldn't have been part of the last publicized PSN hacked scandal. The user TakOks21 is the hacker account attached to my Sony PSN account. Not only did they add themselves to my account like a diseased tick, they changed the sign in ID. The email notification sequence I received from Sony PSN starting with funds have been added: The hacker was able to add themselves to my account through the "family management" area. After waiting an hour to chat with someone, I was surprised to learn there was a family account created and attached to my account. When I determined neither added cash to the account wallet, I got tried to contact Sony. I quickly called my two kids in to find out which one made the charges.
